And after some monitor rearranging I can now go back to monitoring FCPX on the client monitor via AVOut and it seems to look ok. The Flanders has SDI but no HDMI (stupid Flanders! doh). I ended up plugging in an HDMI from my mini to my Flanders scientific with an HDMI to DVI adapter. I am using ga thunderbolt 2 UW monitor (via a TB adapter) so my HDMI port is free. Same adapter I've been using for 4 years with my MBPro. But Desktop Video still doesn't see it via a TB3 to TB1/2 adapter. Like others it shows in the system, I've enabled the system extensions, and given Blackmagic permission. ![]() Giving up for now on getting the Ultrastudio Express to work with Apple Silicon. ![]()
